Terms of Service

By accessing or using Sparqo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Sparqo is an AI CMO: a set of marketing and growth agents that find relevant places to show up (Reddit, SEO, GEO, X, LinkedIn), draft replies, posts and other content on a schedule, and surface them for your review. Nothing is published until you approve it. The agents draft, you decide.

Sparqo runs on your own AI model provider keys (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI, or OpenRouter). You connect your key and pay the model provider directly for usage; we do not mark up tokens or sell usage credits. You are responsible for your model provider account, its costs, and complying with that provider's terms. The Service itself is offered on a flat subscription; if and when a paid plan applies to you, its price and terms are shown before you are charged.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account, including content your agents draft and actions you take on connected third-party services (Reddit, etc.).

The Service is approval-first by design. Agents produce drafts; publishing happens only when you choose to. For Reddit specifically, posting is performed by you (the Service opens the prefilled submission or copies the draft for you to send). Sparqo does not auto-post on your behalf. Safe-pacing limits are applied to protect connected accounts.

You may connect third-party services (e.g. Reddit, Google for sign-in, and your AI model provider). When you authorize a connection, the Service acts within the scope you grant. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of each third-party platform. Sparqo is not responsible for actions you take, or content you publish, on third-party services.

Your agents run on a schedule (e.g. a daily pass) to surface opportunities and draft content automatically. You are responsible for reviewing and for any content you choose to publish. Use that violates third-party platform rules or applicable law may result in account suspension.

You agree not to use the Service to: generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content; spam or harass others on connected platforms; attempt to access other users' workspaces or data; circumvent safety limits; interfere with the operation of the Service; or use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law or a platform's rules.

Content drafted by the agents is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing every draft before it is published, sent, or shared.

Brand documents, drafts, and other content you create or that the agents draft are stored in your workspace and remain yours. We reserve the right to remove content hosted by us that violates these terms or applicable law.

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. Your workspace data (brand knowledge, drafts, settings, and encrypted connection credentials) is isolated per workspace.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, update features, or modify the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You can delete your workspace or account at any time from Settings. After deletion, associated data is removed; backups expire within 30 days.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sparqo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages from content you publish or actions you take on third-party platforms.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.

These terms are interpreted in accordance with applicable law. If you are an EU/EEA, UK, or Swiss consumer, nothing in these terms affects the mandatory consumer protection rights of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. For users outside those territories, disputes are settled in the operator's place of residence to the extent permitted by law.
